|
According to the oldest Christian records the original Christians, the Gnostics, believed not in a Jesus who was half God and half human, but in a spiritual Christ who indwelt Jesus and left him at different times, and who did not suffer death. Through the spiritual path of gnosticism, followers of these schools believed that they could experience the same knowledge, or gnosis. This month Rev. Drennon will focus on this Gnostic Christ. Schedule: Services are held each Sunday at 2 pm. Along with lesson, the service includes meditation. A drumming journey is held after each service. Refreshments will be served. No services January 7 January 14 — Coping with Curses. What can you do if someone has placed a curse or a hex against you? January 21 — Do You Have a Guardian Angel? January 28 —.Protecting Yourself.
