The Third Chakra is located in the solar plexus externalizing as the pancreas, governs the action of the spleen, gall bladder, and aspects of the nervous system. It is the clearinghouse for emotional sensitivities and issues of personal power. It is the color yellow.
This chakra is known as the power chakra, located in the solar plexus. It rules our personal power, will, and autonomy, as well as our metabolism. When healthy, this chakra brings us energy, effectiveness, spontaneity, and non-dominating power.
Physical Qualities:
Controls the area located 2 fingers above the naval up to the bottom of
the rib cage. Manages the assimulation of food, the spleen, and the
pancreas.
Spiritual Qualities: Controls a person's relationship to the
world. The ability to experience of trust and contentment.
