	AD SPECIFICATIONS It is preferred that advertisements be submitted via e-mail  or US Mail on CD. Contact us for any technical details. Acceptable formats are Microsoft Publisher, high-resolution jpeg files , some PDF files. or Microsoft Word on case by case basis. Absolutely no other system files can be accepted. For four-color ads, please submit file(s) at a print resolution of 600dpi in PDF or JPEG (quality set to "High", "Fine" or "Maximum"). For grayscale (B&W) ads, please submit file(s) at a print resolution of 600dpi in either PDF or JPEG. Color ads must employ CMYK-specified color format  PRODUCTION/MODIFICATION   Any subsequent production or modification of existing ads may incur a $15 charge. DEADLINES and DISTRIBUTION Deadlines are the 15th of each month for the following month. The paper is printed about the 25th of each month.. Omega Directory is distributed monthly throughout Arizona and circulated by mail to subscribers ($10 per year) or those who request a single copy ($1.50).
